ValtixCube

From idea to product.

We build AI agents, AI voice agents, n8n automations, custom LLMs, custom AI applications, 3D websites, scheduling software, supply chain platforms, mobile apps.

ValtixCube is a technology and consulting company that builds custom web, mobile, cloud, and AI-driven digital solutions for startups and enterprises.

What does ValtixCube build?

We build and run custom software: AI and automation, web platforms and mobile apps, custom and 3D websites, scheduling and supply chain software, and the data and cloud systems underneath them. Most projects draw on more than one of the areas listed here.

  1. Data and analytics

The databases and dashboards your software and AI depend on.

  2. Integration and modernization

Connecting the systems you already have, and replacing the ones holding you back.

  3. Digital growth and content

Marketing, SEO and content, so the product you launch also finds its users.

Web, mobile and cloud, done properly.

Underneath every AI feature is a product that has to work well on every screen and stay online. This is where ValtixCube started, and it is still most of what we ship.

Web development

Fast, secure websites and web applications built around your business goals, from the first concept to launch and beyond.

Mobile development

High-performance apps for iOS and Android that stay smooth and secure as your user base grows.

Cloud computing

Reliable cloud services for always-on applications, set up to be secure and to grow with you.

How do we connect a supply chain network?

A supply chain runs across many hands: suppliers, warehouses, distributors, field agents and customers, each often on a different system. We build one platform that connects them, so stock, orders and deliveries are visible from a single place and every update is entered once.

  • Inventory across warehouses, stores and locations
  • Purchase and sales orders tracked from request to delivery
  • Supplier and distributor portals
  • Dispatch and delivery tracking for field teams
  • Live dashboards for stock, orders and sales agents
  • Connections to ERP, POS, payment and logistics systems

How do we take an idea to a product?

In four stages: Strategy, Build, Scale and Optimize. We agree goals and a written roadmap first, build in short cycles you can test, then grow and tune the product after launch. You see working software early and can change direction before it gets expensive.

  1. Strategy

We start with your goals, your users and the problem that costs you the most today, then turn that into a written roadmap with priorities you can check our work against.

  2. Build

Design and development in short cycles, with working software you can try at each step. Quality checks and code review are part of every cycle, not a phase at the end.

  3. Scale

As usage grows we extend features, infrastructure and capacity, so the platform keeps up with more users, more data and more of your operations.

  4. Optimize

After launch we keep improving performance and outcomes, using analytics, AI and what your users actually do, and we stay on for support.

What did we build for retail and ERP?

For retail and distribution businesses running disconnected inventory tools, we built unified ERP and inventory platforms, agent sales and commission systems, order tracking dashboards and mobile apps for field teams. Operations moved under one system, stock became visible, and manual errors dropped.

ExampleOne product, five vendors
  1. Vendor A₹2,499
  2. Vendor B₹2,390
  3. Vendor C₹2,640
  4. Vendor D₹2,149Cheapest
  5. Vendor E₹2,390

Buying from Vendor D saves ₹491 on this item against the highest price.

How does our tool find the cheapest vendor?

The same product is often sold by several vendors at different prices, and the gap can be large. We built an AI tool that collects the price of each product from multiple vendors, matches listings that refer to the same item, and points to the cheapest option. Buyers stop overpaying, and every purchase starts from the lowest price on offer.

What do you get when you work with us?

A team that stays after launch, sites and apps built to be found in search, layouts that work on every screen, and a library of reusable components that keeps your product consistent as it grows. These have been part of how we work since our first project, long before AI was on the brief.

  • Support that stays

Reliable technical support and guidance that keeps your product running smoothly long after launch.

  • SEO ready

Built with search best practices from the first page, so your site loads fast and is easy for search engines and AI assistants to read.

  • Responsive on every screen

Mobile-first layouts that adapt to every screen size, from small phones to wide monitors.

  • Reusable components

Functional, reusable building blocks that speed up development and keep the interface consistent as it grows.

What tech do we use?

We choose tools for the problem and for the team who will maintain the system after us. These are the technologies we use most, grouped by where they sit in a product. The services page explains where each one fits.
