AI, automation, software and web services

Seven areas of work that take an idea to a running product: AI and automation, product engineering, websites and business software, data and analytics, cloud and reliability, integration, and digital growth and content. Most projects combine several. Here is what each one covers and the technology behind it.

What do our AI and automation services include?

AI automation, n8n workflows, AI agents, AI voice agents, custom LLM solutions, purpose-built AI applications and AI features added to software you already run. Each one targets work that follows a pattern, such as reading documents, answering calls or moving data between tools, so your team spends its time on decisions.

  • AI automation

We add AI where a person currently reads, sorts or copies information by hand: parsing documents and resumes, shortlisting, routing requests and drafting replies. The work moves on its own and your team checks the result instead of doing every step.

    Typical stack: OpenAI, Gemini, Python

  • n8n automation

We design and build n8n workflows that move data between your CRM, email, spreadsheets, ERP and any tool with an API or webhook. Workflows can run on n8n cloud or on your own server, and we document each one so your team can follow and change it.

Typical stack: n8n, webhooks, REST APIs

  • AI agents

An AI agent is software that uses a language model to plan steps and call tools: search your data, update a record, book a slot or send a message. We build agents with clear limits on what they can do, logging of every action, and a hand-off to a person when a case needs judgement.

Typical stack: OpenAI, Gemini, tool calling

  • AI voice agents

We build voice agents that take and make real phone calls. Twilio connects the agent to your phone numbers, OpenAI Whisper turns what the caller says into text, a language model works out the reply, and ElevenLabs speaks it back in a natural voice, in English and other languages. When a caller needs a person, the agent hands the call to your team with a summary.

Typical stack: Twilio, ElevenLabs, OpenAI Whisper

  • Custom LLM solutions

We connect large language models to your knowledge base with retrieval (RAG), and fine-tune or prompt them for your domain and tone, so answers come from your documents rather than the open internet. Models can run through a hosted API or a private deployment, depending on how sensitive the data is.

Typical stack: RAG, vector search, OpenAI, Gemini

  • Custom AI applications

Purpose-built AI products: internal assistants that answer staff questions, copilots inside a business app, document processing tools that extract fields from invoices or forms, and chat interfaces for customers. Each one is designed around a specific task and measured on it.

  • AI for existing applications

If your team already relies on an application, we add AI features to it through its APIs or codebase: smart search, summaries, classification, auto-filled forms or an assistant panel. People keep the tool they know and get the new capability inside it.

How does an AI voice agent handle a phone call?

A voice agent picks up or places a call, understands what the caller says and answers in a natural voice, in real time. We put it together from proven parts, each doing one job, and you decide what it is allowed to do. Every call leaves a transcript, and your team can take over at any point.

What can a voice agent do for you?

  • Answer routine questions about timings, prices or order status
  • Book, move and cancel appointments in your calendar
  • Qualify inbound leads and pass the promising ones to sales
  • Call customers with reminders and follow-ups
  • Log a summary of every call in your CRM
  • Hand the call to a person, with context, when it needs judgement
  1. Twilio

    The call connects

Twilio gives the agent a real phone number and carries the call, inbound or outbound. Its ConversationRelay feature streams the conversation to our backend while it happens.

  2. OpenAI Whisper

    Speech becomes text

Whisper turns what the caller says into text. It copes with different accents and many languages, and can tell which language is being spoken.

  3. Language model

    The agent decides

A language model reads the conversation, checks your calendar, CRM or documents through tools, and works out the next step within the limits you set.

  4. ElevenLabs

    The reply is spoken

ElevenLabs reads the reply aloud in a natural voice chosen to suit your brand, from a large library of voices and languages.

What is included in product engineering?

Product engineering covers everything needed to take an idea to a working product: scoping and user flows, the web interface, the mobile apps and the backend APIs they share. We build web apps in React and Next.js, mobile apps in Flutter, Kotlin or Swift, and backends in Node.js or Spring Boot.

  • Application and product engineering

We take a product from idea to working software: scoping, user flows, architecture, development, testing and release.

  • Frontend and experience engineering

Interfaces built in React and Next.js that load quickly, work with a keyboard and screen reader, and render real HTML that search engines can index. We work from your design system or build one with you.

    Typical stack: React, Next.js, TypeScript

  • Mobile application development

Apps for customers, field teams and internal operations. We use Flutter when one codebase for Android and iOS fits the product, and Kotlin or Swift when the app needs deeper access to the device.

    Typical stack: Flutter, Kotlin, Swift

  • Backend and API engineering

Backends written API first, so the web app, the mobile app and partner systems all talk to the same services. We build in Node.js, NestJS, Express and Spring Boot, with GraphQL where clients need flexible queries.

Typical stack: Node.js, NestJS, Express, Spring Boot, GraphQL

What kind of websites and business software do we build?

Custom websites, including interactive 3D websites with scroll animation, plus business software built around how you work: scheduling systems for bookings, rosters and resources, and supply chain platforms that connect suppliers, stock, orders and deliveries. Every website we ship is real HTML, so it stays fast and searchable.

  • Custom websites and 3D websites

Marketing sites and product pages designed for your brand, from clean content sites to interactive 3D websites built with WebGL and scroll-driven animation. Every page is still real HTML, so it loads quickly, works on phones and can be found in search.

    Typical stack: Next.js, three.js, GSAP

  • Scheduling software

Scheduling systems for appointments, staff rosters, rooms, vehicles or equipment: online booking, availability rules, reminders by email or message, and calendars that stay in sync. Built around how your business actually allocates time.

  • Supply chain and logistics software

Software for the supply chain network: inventory across locations, purchase and sales orders, supplier and distributor portals, dispatch and delivery tracking, and dashboards that show where stock and orders are at any moment.

How do we handle data and analytics?

AI and automation only work on good data, so we design the databases underneath your software and the dashboards on top of it. That means schemas, indexing and caching that stay quick as records grow, and reports that bring sales, stock, hiring or occupancy figures into one place everyone trusts.

  • Data and database engineering

Schema design, migrations, indexing and caching for MySQL, MongoDB, Redis and Firebase. The goal is a database that still answers quickly as your records and users grow.

Typical stack: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Firebase

  • Data analytics and insights

Dashboards and scheduled reports that bring sales, stock, hiring or occupancy numbers into one place, with the definitions written down so everyone reads the same figure the same way.

How do we handle cloud, security and reliability?

We run systems on AWS and Azure, package them with Docker, and use Kubernetes when the workload needs it. Releases go through automated CI/CD pipelines. Security and resilience are planned with the architecture, and we tune performance when a platform slows down under real usage.

  • Cloud architecture and DevOps

Infrastructure on AWS and Azure, packaged with Docker and orchestrated with Kubernetes where the workload needs it. CI/CD pipelines take code from a merged pull request to production the same way every time.

Typical stack: AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes

  • Security and reliability engineering

Security, compliance and system resilience planned into the architecture: who can access what, how data is protected, and how problems are spotted and recovered from.

  • Platform optimization and scalability

We profile slow pages, queries and services, find what is actually costing time, and fix it. Where the architecture itself is the limit, we plan the change in stages so the platform keeps running.

Can we integrate or replace your systems?

Yes. We connect ERPs, payment gateways, logistics providers, POS systems and third party APIs so data is entered once and reaches every system that needs it. For older software that has become hard to change, we map what it does today and replace it in stages while people keep using it.

  • Enterprise integrations

We connect ERPs, payment gateways, logistics providers, POS systems and third party APIs so an order, an invoice or a stock change is entered once and reaches every system that needs it.

  • System modernization and re-engineering

For software that has become hard to change, we map what it does today, then rebuild or replace it piece by piece. Users keep working while the old parts are retired.

How do growth and content bring in users?

Building the product is half the job. Our digital growth work covers SEO, performance marketing, growth funnels, branding and go-to-market planning, with analytics that show which channels work. On the content side we set up a CMS your team can update and shape the story your pages tell.

  • Digital marketing and growth

Performance marketing and SEO, growth strategy and funnels, branding and go-to-market planning, and analytics with conversion optimization. The aim is simple: the right people find what you built, and you can see which channels bring them.

  • Content and experience management

Content strategy and creation, CMS implementation and optimization, and UX-focused storytelling that keeps visitors engaged. Your team gets a CMS it can update without waiting for a developer.

Not sure which of these you need? Most first conversations start with a problem rather than a service. Describe the problem and we will tell you how we would approach it, or see what we have built for other businesses.

Have a project in mind?

Send a short note about the problem, the users and any deadline. We will reply with questions or a time to talk.
